You receive an email with the access data a few minutes after you've purchased a digital product at CopeCart.
Some Vendors send access data to buyers only when they have received the payment. (Read more)
There are two types of access data emails:
Messages containing a link to download a product. When you purchase an e-book or a digital product uploaded through CopeCart Data Storage, you receive an email from CopeCart that looks something like this:
Messages containing a link to the membership area, your personal login and password, and follow-up instructions. When you purchase digital products like webinars or online courses, you receive emails like this:
The look and content of such emails differ from Vendor to Vendor and from platform to platform.
The email with the access data may not be immediate and it can take some time until you receive it.
No access to membership or product received
Some Vendors send access data to buyers only when they have received the payment. Sometimes bank systems or payment providers may process payments for up to several days, so please be patient.
If you are sure you have paid for the product, but there's no email with the access data, please make sure you used the correct email address and check the spam folder.
If there's no email with the access data, or you have received an email but you experience the access issues, please contact the Vendor support directly.
When you receive no answer from the Vendor for 72 hours, please contact CopeCart Support:
