The tracking option can be activated only when tracking tools have been enabled in the Order Tracking section of your Account Settings:

Please note that if you do not configure the Order Tracking with tracking IDs, the tracking feature will not work.

To activate Google Analytics and/or Facebook Pixel for a product, go to the Tracking section at the Product Edit page, check the corresponding option(s), and save changes:
