You as a Vendor can set vending restrictions. This means you can select countries which your product will be sold to.

There are two possible notifications that can appear when a Customer is from a country which a product cannot be sold to:

  • Default notification (“This product cannot be sold to a selected country”)
  • A custom user notification that was previously configured and set by a Vendor (if the Title and Text fields of notification are left empty, the default notification is used):

Yet, when the exact product cannot be sold to a buyer's country, there is a possibility to substitute it with a similar product (if you have one).
